Mr. Brill is founder and CEO of Talisen Technologies, Inc., formerly AeroTech Service Group, a recognized
leader in Secure, Enterprise IT Integration and Collaboration. A graduate of St. Louis University's
Aeronautical Engineering program, Mr. Brill began his career as a structural engineer with the US Navy
at McDonnell Douglas. In 1991 he founded AeroTech Service Group with personal funds.
He began serving McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) in 1993 with a secure, electronic collaboration platform which
went on to become a corporate technology standard by the late 90’s. As an early pioneer in collaboration
connectivity and security issues, George Brill has been part of the technical expertise that allows for
the ubiquitous transmission of secure information over the internet.
In 2005, Brill adapted the defense technology for a new market - Enterprise Facilities Information
Management. Talisen Technologies, Inc. partnered with Johnson Controls in 2006 to deliver the first Enterprise
Sustainability Platform for the State of Missouri. The project created a revolutionary type of technology
platform for 1000 state buildings (17 million square feet) which enabled substantial savings in Energy,
Operations, Maintenance, and Capital spending.
Mr. Brill's primary responsibilities include development and oversight of strategic technical and
operational planning for Talisen as well as the development of external relationships for the company.
Mr. Brill is part of St. Louis County’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Capital Investment, St. Louis
University's Parks College Advisory Board. He is also an Executive Board Member of the St. Louis County
Economic Council's Business Incubator Program.
Talisen’s growth and success are due to the exceptional experience and knowledge of its employees and
a direct result of the vision and leadership of the executive team, led by Mr. Brill. In 2008, Mr. Brill
received the Minority Business Enterprise of the Year Award by the St. Louis Minority Business Council
(SLMBC). In fact there have been many awards and achievements recognized over the years. These awards
represent the dedication, collaboration and shared vision of all Talisen associates in supporting
clients with mission critical, enterprise IT infrastructure.

Mr. Brill received his Bachelor of Science from St. Louis University, and currently resides in Chesterfield, Missouri.
