Mr. Castruccio leads the (FIM) practice at Talisen Technologies, Inc. .
His responsibilities include business development, systems integration, Integrated Workplace
Management Systems (IWMS) implementation and development, and technology and facilities process
development.
Mr. Castruccio began his career in Facilities Management in 1995 working at the US West
Headquarters in Denver, Colorado and, in 1998, was an integral part of the ISO 9001 Certification
Team at Nortel Networks. Mr. Castruccio's facilities management experience includes Strategic Master
Planning, Space Planning, Systems Administration, Network Administration and the development of Global
Quality Metrics for Nortel Networks.
Mr. Castruccio has successfully implemented and managed IWMS solutions for Nortel Networks, Nestlé
Purina PetCare, Edward Jones, The State of Missouri, Express Scripts, Pfizer, The Lincoln Property
Company, Scottrade and others. Mr. Castruccio has effectively documented and reengineered
Facilities Management Processes for Nortel Networks, Anheuser-Busch, Boeing, EDS, Edward Jones,
Enterprise Rent-A-Car and The State of Missouri.
In 2004, Mr. Castruccio was recognized as a Top Professional under 40 by the St. Charles Small
Business Administration. In 2006, Mr. Castruccio was featured for his work in Facilities
Information Management by St. Louis Commerce Magazine ("Trends in Technology, Computer Aided
Facilities Management").
Mr. Castruccio studied business finance and computer science at the University of Colorado,
Denver and Richland College in Dallas, TX respectively.
